Festive masks to match our outfits It’s been a hard and stressful year A journey with a lot of stuff An unimaginable, tough, but historic and amazing year Like an adventure We came back stronger Feeling cautious and worried, but every year will come with a flaw God is the only man I fear after a horrible year Definitely a first, and I hope it was a last. Not expecting this crisis we came out triumphant 2020 was the enemy and 2021 was our savior like trees standing in a hurricane, we were strong enough to return like the shining sun through the cloudy storm It was rough, it was tough; You might feel like you've had enough But now it’s fine; great to be back because school is back Behind the mask my smile vanished, but that didn't stop me It's been a strange lifestyle; slowly we're coming back to reality Last year brought mixed emotions, this year we're stronger 2021: a big math problem solved with help of teachers Holding the rope We survived the nightmare Grateful for our return; hopeful for our future Even though we struggled We persevered We fought We never gave up We made it through even stronger We all realize we need each o ther’s support now more than ever Covid 19 separated us and now we come together again Just a moment in our lifetime Even in the darkest, hardest times there is always light Feeling fortunate after this dreadful year Happy, thankful, brave, interested, amazed Life continues, slowly but surely
